Parents, is the pressure of parenting turning into stress, anxiety, or anger? Kids, are you struggling to be heard and listened to? Would you like to try family counselling? About Me
Want to learn a little about me? I began counselling in 2003 and have a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma of Counselling & a Master of Counselling. I specialise in family relationships, helping families to navigate difficult relationships & challenging seasons. I’m also a hubbie and dad to 5 amazing kids who, like all kids, challenge me every day.

Individual & couples counselling is currently $149 per session.
Family counselling prices are yet to be determined.
Prices are subject to change.

We specialise in providing telehealth support, which is available Australia wide over the telephone or video call. These sessions may be booked online.
Limited in-person support is also available in Carindale, Qld. Please phone to book in an in-person session.

Counselling sessions are around 60 minutes each.
Parenting program sessions are around 2 hours each.

Your first counselling session gives you an opportunity to begin sharing your story, and discuss what you would like to gain out of counselling. You will also learn about confidentiality, and have any of your questions about the counselling process answered. It is normal to feel nervous in your first session, but don’t worry, you’ll be supported through each step.
